On Sunday 3rd November the Tamworth under 18 girls played a combination team of Market Harborough and Lutterworth at Lutterworth’s home ground. Tamworth loaned players to the opposition as they were short on number and a 15 a side game was desired by both teams. The game was played in three twenty minute thirds to equate an hour long game and all of the Tamworth girls, once settled into the game, played well. The score was a 60-10 win for Tamworth.

Tries were scored by Eva, Martha, Lucie, Ellie, Maddie L, Poppy, Lexi, Grace, and Evangeline; with Izzy converting two conversions successfully, and Eva four. Though, it is worth noting that one of two tries scored by the opposition was through Lucie when she was lent to them.

Dames of the game were Immy for the backs, as when playing for the opposition she controlled the narrative of their gameplay; and Evangeline for the forwards, as she had many metre-making runs.
