Sunday the 13th October saw the Tamworth under 18 girls travel to Stourbridge to face a Walsall/Stourbridge combination team during their second fixture of their Staffordshire cup campaign. Missing their 9 and 10, the girls had to reshuffle the on-field squad and play out of position. Despite this, the final score was a 12-53 win for Tamworth.

The first half showed that the Tamworth girls can adapt to different circumstances and still put points on the board; tries came from Lucie, Lexie(2), Ayala, and Grace(2). Of the six tries Eva converted three, to bring the halftime score to 36-0.

After the half, the Tamworth side kept their momentum to score another try from Lucie with Eva converting, however the opposition gained momentum and responded to score a well worked try 5-43 . Two additional tries from Tamworth courtesy of Lexia and Millie re-extended Tamworth's lead to 5-53 but the last word of the day went to Walsall/Stourbridge who registered their second try of the game which was successfully converted.

Dames of the game were Bella for her confidence in her ball carries, and Lexi for her good footwork and running abilities.
